vision to reality.
It's good to start planning your project far in advance. Ideally, engineered plans should be done in the fall prior
to the year you will begin construction. With financing secured in the winter, the kit can be ordered and delivered
to the home site in the spring. This allows for the best construction window and avoids the stress that comes with
trying to do everything from plans to kit delivery in 6 weeks.
Please feel free to mail/email your rough sketches of your home plan to us. For most, the best option is Google SketchUp, an easy to use, free program that we highly recommend - no prior CAD experience needed!
Gene Pearcey and I are happy to take a look and make recommendations based on our experience. We'll work with you
to interactively refine your custom home plans. We do this absolutely free (and fun during the slower winter months).
Then when you're happy with your plans we can provide you a bid if you want to purchase a professionally drafted,
engineer stamped plan set.
